I'm Andrea, a Senior Product Designer with 10+ years leading design projects, mentoring team members, and shaping design practices that drive product success. I combine hands-on design expertise with a proven ability to build processes, foster collaboration, and guide teams through complexity.
Background
I have a strong background in technology and extensive experience working within highly collaborative, cross-functional teams. These environments have shaped my understanding of product development, team dynamics, and the critical role design plays in turning complex ideas into meaningful experiences.
My diverse experience across product design, systems thinking, and visual design has given me a holistic understanding of how design teams mature and the challenges they face at different stages of growth.
Beyond individual design work, I've taken ownership of team health and growth: from onboarding new designers and facilitating team ceremonies to advocating for design in product strategy conversations. These experiences have shown me that I'm most energized when supporting others and creating the conditions for teams to do their best work.
